Why an internship in media and journalism?
Journalism and media are very competitive fields, and "getting your foot in the
door" at the beginning of your career can be daunting. By gaining practical
experience in the field, you are enhancing your resume and giving yourself a
distinct advantage over the competition when applying for jobs in the future.
Why in Israel?
A disproportionate amount of media attention is currently focused on the Middle
East. By choosing to do your internship in Israel, you are gaining experience
and knowledge this vibrant media arena that will be invaluable in future
positions. In addition, the fact that you have worked in the media in another
country will show future employers that you have a depth and maturity of
perception lacking in other applicants with only domestic experience.
