After completing Career Israel in January 2014, I was fortunate enough to accept a satellite position from my internship at EatWith. When your supervisors tell you that you make a difference, they really mean it. I remember being nervous toward the end of my internship because I didn’t really have any prospects for employment once I returned home. I had applied for jobs, but it’s pretty difficult to coordinate interviews from a different hemisphere. Therefore, it was a huge relief when EatWith kept me on board.
My experience at EatWith also opened doors for me because of the new skills I obtained, and now I just accepted a position at the Jewish Outreach Institute.
