After participating in previous Israel programs and graduating with a degree in information systems Marcio, from Portugal, saw the perfect opportunity to return to Israel, only this time in addition to taking trips and making tons of new friends he would also be able to put all of his previous experiences and education together and see what it would be like to explore a career and everyday life in Israel. Marcio’s personal internship coordinator matched him with a number of internship options and from this list he connected with Any.do, and App developer he had heard of, but never knew was based in Israel. Over the following months Marcio worked with industry professionals to learn source code, how to fix program bugs and software crashes and had the opportunity to help develop programming for an App used by millions of people world wide.
