Responsibilities: The researcher will be required to complete a substantial research project in the field of financial securities regulation. This project will be a policy or academic research paper examining an area of active interest in the field of securities regulation, forming a cogent analysis and possibly making policy recommendations. The research fellow will be expected to present their findings to decision-makers within and outside the institution. While this is the primary task, the research fellow may also be needed to assist other researchers within the economics department in their work. Fellows may be asked, for instance, to make short analysis of a particular regulatory issue for use in a larger research project and to read and comment upon internal drafts of research projects within the department.

Company Overview: This is the only clinic available to the refugee population in the Tel Aviv area. We provide the refugee with all types of medical care.
Responsibilities: managing the reception and admission of the patients. Working with clinic’s “back office” system; keeping track of the medical records and appointments of the patients. It is also possible to help develop and promote health campaigns amongst the refugee population.
Intern at Shelter for Women Refugees
Company Overview: We run a shelter, located in South Tel Aviv for vulnerable refugee women, those that are pregnant or single mothers. All the residents receive secure accommodation, food, clothing and with our help, access to basic public services, including among other things medical care, nurseries and schools. We focus on developing an individual self-sufficiency plan and help them find long-term housing solutions and employment.
Responsibilities: Assistant to the director of the shelter, this position includes helping with the administrative side such as PR and resource development. It is also possible to work with the children and the babies allowing the mothers to work during the day.
