Job Description

The intern will be in direct daily contact with the Managing Director. The Analyst will be fully involved in the whole activity the senior investment banker, in regular interaction with incubators, start-ups, venture capital and private equity ecosystem in Israel.

Tasks include (but not limited to):

• support of all stages of financial transactions
• Identification of Israeli companies and start-ups ready for potential acquisition
• Fundraising management and direct contact with potential investors
• Roadshow organization in Europe, China, US
• Preparation of financial materials, teasers, and presentations with the clients
• Financial valuation analysis of client companies Creation of merger

Internship Qualifications: 

• Sense of initiative, autonomy, and responsibility
• Speak and write business professional English
• Good command of MS office
• A good basis of corporate finance
• Willing to work in Tel Aviv
• Speaking French- a plus
